From Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool, execute these steps:
Select
Manage > Servers > Background
Process Monitor.
Select
HRBkg.
Click
Start.
If the background process runs successfully, a notification window
appears. Click
OK to proceed.
Note: This window do not guarantee that the import was successful.
To check the status of the import, check the import background process log file
(e.g., HRBkg.7001.log). This file is found in the root directory on Infor Expense Management Application Server. You can also view the log file online
from Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool by clicking View Log on the Background Process Monitor screen.
