Step 2 - Data transformation

Data is pre-processed into a format specified by the Standard Import Table Specifications (see Expense Management standard import tables specifications). This pre-processing can be performed during the data load (insertion) into the Standard Import tables or after the data load, using additional SQL scripts to update the data in the Standard Import tables.
