External system extraction process – implementation specific

Data placed in the standard export tables is available for extraction into the external systems. Infor Expense Management data is available in well-defined and open database tables. This extraction process does not require proprietary technology and can be accomplished by various data mapping tools or database programs. This process is specific to the implementation process and is not part of the Infor Expense Management standard export functionality.

The external system integration process, data extraction process, changes the document status to Completed (2) if the extraction is successful, or Error (3). Otherwise, if more than one extraction process is used, user-defined values, 100 or higher, are used to track the status of the data. But the status of the data finally changes to Completed.
