Importing personal credit card transactions

You can import the details of credit card transactions. Click Import Personal Transactions link on the My Credit Card page.

  • To import the credit card transactions, you must first enable the Personal Credit Card Functionality. See Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool User Guide.
  • Download the OFX formatted file from your personal bank or credit card company web site.

To add credit card transactions to the expense report:

  1. Select the OFX file.
  2. Click Open to review the transaction details in the file.
    Note: The credit card account ID, <ACCTID> for the file is verified in the Infor Expense Management application. If the credit card account ID is not in the Infor Expense Management application, specify the credit card type and click Create.
  3. Select the transaction details to be imported.
  4. Click Import.
  5. Click Done. The selected credit card transactions are displayed in the Attached Credit Card Expenses section.
  6. Click the Edit Item option to modify the transaction data, if required.
  7. Click Save.

    You can also use this page to select an expense type for the credit card transaction.
