Specifying different work locations for the same day using the Calendar tab

You can create separate entries for hours worked in a day from different locations.

Note: Enable the work locations to make them visible on the timesheet lines. Contact your System Administrator for details.

To specify different work locations for the same day:

  1. Click a timesheet document on the My Documents tab. The Edit Time Items page is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add Charge Code Row page is displayed.
  3. Select a Charge Code and a work location.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Specify the hours for the work date in the appropriate column.
  6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 to add another work location.
  7. Click Save.
