Adding notes to a timesheet

To provide additional information about the timesheet, you can add a note to a timesheet document. You can also add a note to the line item of the timesheet document.

To add notes to a timesheet:

  1. Click a timesheet document on the My Documents tab. The document details are displayed.
  2. Click the Notes tab.
  3. Click Add Note. The Add Note page is displayed.
  4. Specify the information related to the timesheet.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click a timesheet line item on the Items tab. The line item details are displayed.
  7. Specify the information related to the timesheet line item in the Notes section.
  8. Click Save.
