Reviewing, editing, and submitting a timesheet

Timesheets can be reviewed, modified and submitted.

  1. Click a document on the My Documents tab. The Edit Time Items page is displayed.
  2. Click Cancel. The document details page is displayed.
  3. Select the Items tab. The list of timesheet items is displayed.
  4. Click a line item to edit. The Time Worked page is displayed.
  5. Review or modify the standard information, as required and click Save.
  6. Specify Exceptions, if any. The documents details page is displayed.
  7. Click the Exceptions tab to review the exceptions.
  8. Click the Notes tab to review or modify the notes.
  9. Click Submit.
  10. Sign the document electronically, if required by the company.
  11. Click Continue to submit the timesheet.
