Reviewing payment information

If a document includes payment information from an external Accounts Payable system, you can view the Payment information details.

To review payment information:

  1. Click an expense report document on the My Documents tab. The details of the document are displayed.
  2. Click the Summary tab.
  3. Click Payment Info. The payment details such as the payment date, the payment amount, and the check or voucher number are displayed. Based on the company configuration, different fields are displayed.
  4. Review the information, if required.
  5. Click Close.
