This report provides detailed information about the type and hours of absences taken by employees. This report must be available to a restricted audience, provided the sensitive nature of the data.

The report answers these questions:

  • What types of Paid Time Off have employees taken or reported?
  • How many hours of absences have been taken by the employees?

The report provides this information:

  • Employee Absence Type
  • Employee Full Name
  • Tracking Number
  • Reporting Period
  • Top Level Project Name
  • Hours
  • Approved Hours

You are prompted for the timesheet period end date range and the employee absence type names.
