This report provides the count of documents and the average hours spent by the documents on each activity. The report answers these questions:

• What was the average time a document stayed on each activity?
• How many documents were completely processed?
• Did the documents stay on some activities for too long?

You are required to specify this information:

• Submitted from date
• Submitted to date
• Document type
