TP Actual vs Planned Expenses Summary

This report displays a summary of the actual travel expenses versus the planned expenses. The report answers these questions:

• How well do travelers plan their expenditures for certain categories?
• Which Expense reports did not have travel plans?
• Are there any discrepancies between approved travel versus actual travel?

The report provides this information:

• ER Tracking Number
• Expensed Amount
• Planned Amount Variance

You must specify this information:

• Submitted Date Range
• User Currency

Additional filters include:

• Excludes Documents in Create Activity
