Adding a client

You can use the Clients (alco_clients) table to add, modify, or deactivate the clients.

  1. Click the Data tab.
  2. Select Client and click Show Tab. The Client screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The Search for Client / New Client screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information in the Primary Information panel:
    The name of the client
    A code for the client.
    The status of the client. The status can be Active or Inactive.
    External Key
    A unique external ID of the client, if required.
  5. Click Add in the Membership section, if required, and add the data groups.
  6. Click Save to add a client and save the data.
