Adding a client
You can use the Clients (alco_clients) table to add, modify, or deactivate the clients.
- Click the Data tab.
- Select Client and click Show Tab. The Client screen is displayed.
- Click New. The Search for Client / New Client screen is displayed.

Specify this information in the Primary Information panel:
- Name
- The name of the client
- Code
- A code for the client.
- Status
- The status of the client. The status can be Active or Inactive.
- External Key
- A unique external ID of the client, if required.
- Click Add in the Membership section, if required, and add the data groups.
- Click Save to add a client and save the data.
