Adding a Purpose (PR)

You can use the Purpose (PR) (alpr_purpose) table to specify a value to display in the lists of purposes in the Line Items tab.

  1. Click the Data tab.
  2. Select Purpose (PR) and click Show Tab. The Purpose (PR) screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The Search for Purpose (PR)/New Purpose (PR) screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information in the Primary Information panel:
    The name of the payment request purpose.
    The status of the payment request purpose. The status can be Active or Inactive.
    External Key
    A unique external ID of the payment request purpose, if required.
  5. Click Add in the Membership section, if required, and add the data groups.
  6. Click Save to add a payment request purpose and save the data.
