Adding a Reviewer Permission

To add a new reviewer permission:

  1. Click the Users tab.
  2. Select Reviewer Permission and click Show Tab. The Reviewer Permission screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The New Reviewer Permission screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    User
    The user who reviews the documents.
    Group
    The group of users who can review documents.
    Activity
    An activity in the process. For example, Select ER Manager Review.
    For Group
    The group of users whose documents can be reviewed.
    Status
    The status of the reviewer. The status can be Active or Inactive.
  5. Click Save to add a new reviewer permission.
