Adding a Reviewer Permission
To add a new reviewer permission:
- Click the Users tab.
- Select Reviewer Permission and click Show Tab. The Reviewer Permission screen is displayed.
- Click New. The New Reviewer Permission screen is displayed.

Specify this information:
- User
- The user who reviews the documents.
- Group
- The group of users who can review documents.
- Activity
- An activity in the process. For example, Select ER Manager Review.
- For Group
- The group of users whose documents can be reviewed.
- Status
- The status of the reviewer. The status can be Active or Inactive.
- Click Save to add a new reviewer permission.
