Adding a Proxy Permission
To add a new proxy permission:
- Click the Users tab.
- Select Proxy Permission and click Show Tab. The Proxy Permission screen is displayed.
- Click New. The New Proxy Permission screen is displayed.

Specify this information:
- User
- The user who can log into another user's account.
- Action
- The role of the user. Possible values:
- Create
- Review
- Application
- The Infor XM application for the group to be a proxy.
- For User
- The user whose account can be logged into.
- For Group
- The group of users whose accounts can be logged into.
- Only Out of office
- Indicates whether you want the group to be a review proxy when the user is out of the office.
- Status
- The status of the proxy information. The status can be Active or Inactive.
- Click Save to add a new proxy permission.
