Adding a Proxy Permission

To add a new proxy permission:

  1. Click the Users tab.
  2. Select Proxy Permission and click Show Tab. The Proxy Permission screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The New Proxy Permission screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    User
    The user who can log into another user's account.
    Action
    The role of the user. Possible values:
    • Create
    • Review
    Application
    The Infor XM application for the group to be a proxy.
    For User
    The user whose account can be logged into.
    For Group
    The group of users whose accounts can be logged into.
    Only Out of office
    Indicates whether you want the group to be a review proxy when the user is out of the office.
    Status
    The status of the proxy information. The status can be Active or Inactive.
  5. Click Save to add a new proxy permission.
