Adding a state
You can use the State (alco_state) table to add, modify, or deactivate states.
- Click the Data tab.
- Select State and click Show Tab. The State screen is displayed.
- Click New. The Search for State /New State screen is displayed.

Specify this information in the Primary Information panel:
- Name
- The name of the state.
- Abbreviation
- An abbreviation of the state.
- Country
- The name of the country.
- Status
- The status of the state. The status can be Active or Inactive.
- External Key
- A unique external ID of the state, if required.
- Click Add in the Membership section, if required, and add the data groups.
- Click Save to add a state and save the data.
