Adding a state

You can use the State (alco_state) table to add, modify, or deactivate states.

  1. Click the Data tab.
  2. Select State and click Show Tab. The State screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The Search for State /New State screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information in the Primary Information panel:
    Name
    The name of the state.
    Abbreviation
    An abbreviation of the state.
    Country
    The name of the country.
    Status
    The status of the state. The status can be Active or Inactive.
    External Key
    A unique external ID of the state, if required.
  5. Click Add in the Membership section, if required, and add the data groups.
  6. Click Save to add a state and save the data.
