Adding an External Account

To add an external user and login information:

  1. Click the Users tab.
  2. Select External Account and click Show Tab. The External Account screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The New External Account screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    User
    The name of the user.
    Partner
    The name of the third party.
    Login
    The login ID of the user.
    Password
    The password for the user ID.
    Confirm Password
    If the password is changed, the password specified above must be re-entered for confirmation.
    Status
    The status of the external account. The status can be Active or Inactive.
  5. Click Save to add an external user and login information.
