Adding an External Account
To add an external user and login information:
- Click the Users tab.
- Select External Account and click Show Tab. The External Account screen is displayed.
- Click New. The New External Account screen is displayed.

Specify this information:
- User
- The name of the user.
- Partner
- The name of the third party.
- Login
- The login ID of the user.
- Password
- The password for the user ID.
- Confirm Password
- If the password is changed, the password specified above must be re-entered for confirmation.
- Status
- The status of the external account. The status can be Active or Inactive.
- Click Save to add an external user and login information.
