Adding occupation

You can use this table to specify the occupation or the job used by the Corporate Data: Guest.

  1. Click the Data tab.
  2. Select Occupation and click Show Tab. The Occupation screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The Search for Occupation / New Occupation screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information in the Primary Information panel:
    The name of the occupation.
    The code of the occupation.
    The status of the occupation. The status can be Active or Inactive.
    External Key
    A unique external ID of the occupation, if required.
  5. Click Add in the Membership section, if required, and add the data groups.
  6. Click Save to add an occupation and save the data.
