Adding a user group proxy

You can add a user group proxy:

  1. Select Manage > Groups.
  2. Click Find to select a group with the type User.
  3. Click the Proxy Permission tab.
  4. Click Add User. The Adding Reviewer Permission screen is displayed.
  5. Specify this information:
    Action
    The role of the user. The possible options are:
    • Creator
    • Reviewer
    Application
    The Infor Expense Management application functionality such as Time Sheet, Expense Report, Payment Request, and Travel Plan.
    Only When Out of Office
    If this check box selected, the group can be a review proxy when the user is out of the office. This check box is displayed, only if Proxy Review is selected in the Proxy Role.
  6. Specify whether the proxy user can submit a document. Possible values:
    • Yes
    • No
  7. Click Add User. The Adding User screen is displayed.
  8. Click Find.
  9. Select a user and click Pick Selected to add a user group proxy.
    Note: Click Pick All to select multiple users.
  10. Click OK to save the data.
