Adding a proxy reviewer

You can use the Proxy Review tab to review the information for a selected proxy user. The tab is divided into two sections. The Proxies For User section displays the group of users who have the permission to create a proxy user. The User is a Proxy For section displays the group of users for whom the selected user is a proxy reviewer.

The user set up as a proxy in the Infor Expense Management application or assigned the proxy role by the administrator, is displayed in the sections.

You can add or remove users who act as a proxy reviewer for the selected user. Proxy reviewers can review documents for the selected functionality specified in the Application field.

To add a proxy reviewer:

  1. Select Manage > Users > User Information.
  2. Click Find to select a user.
  3. Click the Proxy Review tab.
  4. Click Add Proxy in the Proxies For User section to add the proxy. The Add Proxy screen is displayed.
  5. Select an Expense Management functionality in the Application field.
  6. Specify whether the proxy user can submit a document. Possible values:
    • Yes
    • No
  7. Select the Only when out of office check box, if the proxy reviewer only reviews the documents in your absence
  8. Click Add User. The Adding User screen is displayed.
  9. Click Find.
  10. Select a user and click Pick Selected.
    Note: You can click Pick All to select multiple users.
  11. Click OK.
  12. Click Add User in the User is a Proxy For section to add the users or the user groups for whom the current user can act as a proxy reviewer.
  13. Execute steps from 5-10.
  14. Click Update to save the data.
