Defining the group

Each activity requires a group with permissions to review the documents in that activity. Create an audit group with permissions to review the documents in the Audit Review activity.

  1. Save the co_group_defn table to the appropriate directory.
  2. Open the table.
  3. Note the text in the table displayed.
  4. Locate and copy the line ID 92003, for Corp: Accountants, under //Corp.
  5. Paste line ID 92003 to use this line as the basis for the new group.
  6. Edit the BOb ID such as 1001001050.
  7. Rename the group to Corp: Audit.
  8. Modify the group description to Auditors for Audit Review.
    Your entry must be similar to: 1001001051|Corp: Auditors |Auditors for audit review|400|7|1
  9. Save the data in the table.
