Setting up email notification for Microsoft Outlook
You can use the Microsoft Outlook 2007 or a later version and attach the documents with the email notification sent to a manager for approval. If the document for review is attached to an email notification, the information is lost, and you cannot edit the document. You can create a link to the document by modifying the default value in the notification.attachEmailApprovalAsLink application parameter to True. The system administrator can configure the application to send the documents in the email notification as attachments. See the Infor System Administration Tool User Guide Application Parameters.
