Adding a web link

You can use the Web Links (alct_url ) table to create web links for the Infor Expense Management application

  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data.
  2. Select Web Links in the Data Type field.
  3. Specify this information:
    Label
    The description of the link.
    Url
    The screen name to display the web link.
    Screen
    The screen name for the web link.
    Order
    The order number that determines the sort order of this link when the link is displayed in the web link menu.
    Status
    The status of the web link. The status can be Active or Inactive.
    Subsystem Name
    The name of the subsystem such as SSO.
    Request Type
    The type of request for the web link.
    Parameters
    The parameters to pass such as GETTHERE, SSOALIAS=imagetag.
  4. Click the Membership tab, if required, and add the data groups. See, Adding or removing data groups from a corporate date type.
  5. Specify an external key, if required. See, Creating an external key.
  6. Click Add to save the data.
