Adding a timesheet profile

You can use the TS Profile (alts_timesheet_profile) table to create and update the information and rules that govern the timesheet reporting rules and apply to the Infor TS users.

  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data.
  2. Select TS Profile in the Data Type field.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name for the timesheet profile.
    Description
    The description of the timesheet profile.
    Code
    A unique code for the timesheet profile.
    Work Schedule/Shift
    A work schedule or shift schedule for the timesheet profile.
    Reporting Period
    The reporting period associated with the timesheet profile.
    Holiday Schedule
    The holiday schedule for the timesheet profile.
    Weekend Schedule
    The weekend schedule for the timesheet profile.
    Timesheet Overtime Calculation
    An overtime calculation method for the timesheet profile.
    Note: This is an optional component of the Infor Expense Management application.
    Max Consecutive Days
    The maximum number of days that a user, with this timesheet profile, is permitted to work consecutively.
    Submit Every Reporting Period
    Indicates whether a user with the timesheet profile must submit a timesheet for each reporting period.
    Status
    The status of the timesheet profile. The status can be Active or Inactive.
    Tab Options
    Indicates if the user, with this timesheet profile, can view the tabs in the Infor TS application.
  4. Click the Membership tab, if required, and add the data groups. See, Adding or removing data groups from a corporate date type.
  5. Specify an external key, if required. See, Creating an external key.
  6. Click Add to save the data.
