Understanding the application server

The application server is scalable, and the instances are added as required, to support the user base growth. The application server network is distributed over the LAN or the WAN.

The Expense Management server provides the application logic to manage the data flow between the users and the database where the information is saved. The server is built on top of the industry standard Tomcat server.
