Working with travel plan business rules

Expense Management includes business rule templates that you can use to create new business rules. The templates include the appropriate parameters to create the business rule. For example, the Travel Plans Required Field template includes parameters for the required fields.

When you update an existing business rule or create a new rule, you specify these types of values:

• Values for the fields that are the same for all business rules
• Values for the parameters that are specific to the template
