The NotificationDeliveryBkg is the background process is responsible for sending email messages to the mail server for every notice generated by the notification system. Parameters used are mail.retryHoursWait, mail.messageBatchCount, mail.messageDeliveryPause, and mail.messageCompletedDelete.
