Charge code approval routing

CCodeApprovalRtg determines which project managers should review the timesheet. There are no parameters associated with this background process. CCodeApprovalRtg accomplishes these tasks:

• Reviews each line item in the timesheet.
• Routes the timesheet to the reviewer associated with the charge code, if the reviewer has not yet signed the timesheet
• Returns with three possible return states
• Routing the timesheet to a reviewer
• All the reviewers have seen the timesheet, when charge code approval routing is done
• At the end of the process if a charge code in invalid
• Runs continuously
