Extract error messages

An email is sent to the owner of the workflow if an error occurs during the initial or an incremental data load workflow for the Analytics. This is one of the user setups as an administrator when the tenant has been configured.

Regardless of ownership, a user in the Birst-SystemAdministration group can view the information about the problems. These are the steps to review the information.

  1. Select Admin > Orchestration.
  2. Click the Run History option from the XM Analytics 10.2.3 menu to review the recent execution of the workflow and the current status of the workflow.
  3. Click the Details option corresponding to a failed execution for reviewing the cause of the workflow execution failure. Additional information on the failure can be reviewed on the Monitoring (Admin -> Monitoring) page.
