Implementer responsibilities

Responsibilities of the PSO include installation and configuration of the Standard Import background process.

Implementer responsibility Description
Initial Configuration of the Standard Import Process Install and configure the Standard Import background process to run at the configured interval of the customer or other methods of invocation (that is, batch file). This includes:
  • Creation of the Standard Import tables
  • Configuration of background processes
  • Configuration of email notification parameters
Test the configuration of the Standard Import Process This testing occurs internally to PSO, at the Partner implementer site, and on-site at the customer location. The testing confirms that the Standard Import process is working correctly and that data is imported and correctly stored in Expense Management.
