Recalling a document by Corrections Auditor

The Corrections Auditor can either recall a document from Done activity for correcting the document or send the document to the owner for the required corrections.

  1. Select the check box corresponding to the document you want to recall on the Documents to Review tab.
  2. Click one of these options:
    • Recall to Correction: The document status changes from Done to Correction. The Corrections Auditor can correct the document instead of the document owner.
    • Recall to Owner: The document status changes from Done to Create. The document owner can correct and resubmit the document for re-approval.

      The Recall to Owner option is applicable only if the document Owner does not have the permission to recall the documents. The Corrections Auditor recalls the document for the Owner.

    Note: You must configure these application parameters to enable the options:
    • wf.ownerCanRecallToCreate: Set the value of this application parameter to True for displaying the Recall to Owner option.
    • wf.reviewerCanRecallToCorrection: Set the value of this application parameter to True for displaying the Recall to Correction option.
  3. Click OK. A confirmation message is displayed.
