This report provides the amount of expenditures over a period of time. The report helps you to answer these questions:

• How has spending changed month over month by travel category?
• How has spending changed year over year by travel category?
• Where are our purchase requests increasing at a faster rate?

You are prompted for this information:

• Line item transaction date range
• User currency (displayed if report currency is not applicable)
• Report Currency (displayed if applicable and is optional)

Additional filters include:

• Excludes Personal Line Items
• Excludes Documents in Create Activity

Drill down by:

• Date, such as year, quarter, month, daily
• Expense type
