Adding a charge role

You can use the Charge Role (alco_charge_role) table to specify a value to display in the lists available for the selection when you create a timesheet.

To add a charge role:

  1. Click the Data tab.
  2. Select Charge Role and click Show Tab. The Charge Role screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The Search for Charge Role / New Charge Role screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information in the Primary Information panel:
    Name
    The name of the charge role.
    Status
    The status of the charge role. The status can be Active or Inactive.
    External Key
    A unique external ID of the charge role, if required.
  5. Click Add in the Membership section, if required, and add the data groups.
  6. Click Save to add a charge role and save the data.
