Modifying data for multiple users

You can modify data for multiple users:

  1. Select Manage > Users > Bulk Edit.
  2. Specify information on the tabs to set a filter for searching the user information you want to modify and click Find. Only the users that match the filter information are displayed in the filtered list.
  3. Select the user to remove from the users list and click Remove.
    Note:  You can select more than one user at a time.
  4. Click Clear to remove any user data from the screen.
  5. Select the appropriate tab to edit your bulk data for the selected users.
  6. Specify the information to modify the existing data for the selected users. The modifications you make on these tabs affect the user information for each user in the list.
  7. Click Update.
  8. Click Yes to save the data.
