Adding or removing data groups from a corporate data type

You can add or remove data groups from a corporate data type using the Membership tab.

Note:  The tabs available may vary based on the company configuration of the Infor Expense Management application.

Adding a data group

You can add a data group:

  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data.
  2. Select a corporate data type. See Adding corporate data.
  3. Click the Membership tab.
  4. Click Add Data Group. The Select Groups of Type Data screen is displayed.
  5. Click Find to select a group.
  6. Click Pick Selected.
    Note: Click Pick All to select multiple groups.
  7. Click Update to save the data.

Removing a data group

You can remove a data group:

  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data.
  2. Select a corporate data type.
  3. Click the Membership tab.
  4. Select a data group.
  5. Click Remove Data Group.
  6. Click Update to save the data.
