Adding permissions and assignments for SAT Group

You can add user information, corporate data, and business rules to the members of a group. You can also add permissions and assignments to groups with the group type Role.

  1. Select Manage > Groups.
  2. Click Find to select a group with Role type.
  3. Select the SAT Permission tab.
  4. Click Add. The Adding Permission Assignment For SAT details screen is displayed.
  5. Specify this information:
    Read/Write Permission
    The type of permission granted for the group.
    Menu name
    A menu name for the group role access.
  6. Click Add Screen. The Add Screens for Group screen is displayed.
    Note:  The screen names for the selected Menu name are displayed.
  7. Select the Expense Management screen to provide group role access.
  8. Click Pick Selected to add role group screen permission assignments.
    Click Pick All to select multiple screens.
  9. Click OK to add permissions and assignments for SAT and save the data.
