Adding print templates for documents

You can use the Print Templates for Documents (alpt_template) table to associate print templates with the documents.

  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data.
  2. Select Print Templates for Documents in the Data Type field.
  3. Specify this information:
    Print Template Name
    The name of the print template.
    Print Template Description
    The description of the print template.
    Document Type
    A type of document for the print template.
    Print Template Filename (JSP)
    The name of the JSP file associated with the template. For example, TsProjectSummary.jsp.
    Print Template Filter Class
    The fully qualified name of the filter class associated with the print template. A filter class is a condition class that controls whether the template is made available in the current context.
    Status
    The status of the print template. The status can be Active or Inactive.
  4. Click the Membership tab, if required, and add the data groups. See, Adding or removing data groups from a corporate date type.
  5. Specify an external key, if required. See, Creating an external key.
  6. Click Add to save the data.
