Receipts Required template
Use this template to create a business rule that requires a receipt for an expense type when the expense is over a specified amount or for all expense types over a specified amount.
Parameters
This template has these parameters:
- Apply Default Max. for All Expense Types
- select this check the box to require a receipt for all expenses over the default amount. If you select this option, also specify a value in Default Max. Amount.
- Default Max. Amount
- Specify the maximum allowable amount without a receipt for all expenses. The amount should be in the paid in currency with a decimal separator, but no currency symbol or thousands separator.
- Currency Type
- Select the currency type for the default amount.
- Excluded Expense Types
- Specify whether to exclude expense types from requiring a receipt.
- Mileage
- The default value is excluded. All expenses are governed by the specified default amount except those selected for mileage.
