Reviewing, approving, and rejecting expense reports

When you review an expense report, you can send the expense report back to the creator of the report for additional information, approve the expense report, or reject the expense report.

  1. Click the Inbox.
  2. Click the Documents for Review tab.
  3. Click the expense item or the icon.
  4. You can perform these actions:
    Option Description
    Approve Specify your User ID and Password and click Continue.
    Reject Provide a reason for rejecting the document and click Continue.
    Return for More Info Return for more information or to return to the Inbox for redistribution. To return for more information, provide a reason and click Continue.
