Configuring Microsoft Internet Explorer

To audit documents in the Expense Management application using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you must configure the security settings in the Microsoft Internet Explorer to automatically update the Expense Management application list on the Items tab when line items in the Expense Management application are saved.

If your privacy setting is medium-high, ensure that these check boxes are selected in the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section:

  • Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
  • Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting

If your privacy setting is high, add the XM domain to your trusted sites, and select these check boxes in the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section:

  • Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
  • Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting
