Attaching receipts

You can use this functionality when you are out of office and want to attach receipts for the official expenses incurred.

To attach a receipt:

  1. Click on the Unattached Receipts menu and select one of these options:
    Option Description
    Take photo or video Click the camera to take a picture of the receipt. The picture is uploaded to your application.
    Browse Select a previously saved file to upload.
    Photo Library Select a previously saved picture from the gallery of the mobile device to upload.
    The Expense Management mobile application displays a confirmation message after the receipt is uploaded and the attached receipts link is displayed in the Unattached Receipts menu on the Inbox page.
  2. Optionally, click Receipts to view the attached receipts.
