Setting the reporting period submission cutoff and the payroll cutoff

The reporting period's submission cutoff and payroll cutoff values define the parameters of a delinquent submission and the time frame notification about a delinquent timesheet.

To set the reporting period submission cutoff and the payroll cutoff:

  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data.
  2. Select the Reporting Period in the Data Type field.
  3. Click Find to display the list of reporting periods.
  4. Select a reporting period.
  5. Click the Reporting Period tab.
  6. Specify the Submission Cutoff hours. You can also specify the Payroll Cutoff hours, if required.
    Note:  The reporting period does not have a payroll cutoff, if you do not specify any hours in the Payroll Cutoff field.
  7. Click Update to set the reporting period submission cutoff and the payroll cutoff.
