Overview

This section provides an overview of the complete integration of Expense Management with another application. This diagram shows the integration: xm_ion_integration

• Expense Management is defined as an application in ION Desk. The typical connection information of Expense Management, such as the Logical ID, user name and password, must be specified in ION.
• BODs sent by Expense Management contain the Logical ID of the sender, as specified in ION. The receiving applications can then verify the origin of each BOD based on the Logical ID.
