Troubleshooting the data flow

After the completion of the integration, if the data is not flowing through the system, you can search for problems in these areas:

• Use the ION error functionality to find failures related to the BOD structure. For example, a message has an invalid format, or is missing a mandatory field. Refer to “The Error BODs” subsection in the ION Administration Guide.
• Use ION Logging to display processed BODs.

To troubleshoot problems with the Infor Expense Management Bus Adapter, look at the log files, which are located on the ION Sever in ION_HOME\IONRuntime\ServiceBus\logs.
