Copying a line item to another document

To copy a line item from one document to another document:

  1. Click the document on the My Documents tab. The details of the document are displayed.
  2. Select the check box corresponding to a line item you want to copy. These options are displayed:
    • Copy to Document
    • Copy
    • Delete
    • Change Allocations
    • View/Add Itemizations
    Note: The options displayed are based on the line item status and the line item type you want to copy.
  3. Click Copy to Document. The Copy to Document page is displayed.
  4. Click Copy to New Document to copy the selected line item to a new document. You can also specify the date to which the line item is copied.

  5. Click the Select link to select an existing document to which the line item must be copied.
