Reviewing exceptions for a line item

You can set up business rules in Infor Expense Management for exception messages. See Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool User Guide. Exception notifications are generated when the company policies are not adhered to. These notifications can be generated for an entire document or for a line item associated with the document. You must provide an explanation based on the type of exception notified.

  1. Click the document on the My Documents tab. The details of the document are displayed.
  2. Click the Exceptions tab to review the exceptions associated with the line item.
