Deployment in IRIS Environment

Infor Expense Management can be deployed in Infor Regulated Industries SaaS (IRIS) environment. This environment is serviced by Infor U.S. employees (Citizens/Green Card Holders).

The Infor Expense Management application deployed in the IRIS environment helps :
  • Maintain a FedRAMP JAB (Moderate) authorization based on the NIST 800-53, security and privacy controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations
  • Maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (Impact Level 2) Authorization
  • Hold a 3rd Party attestation for NIST 800-171, protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in Nonfederal Systems and Organizations
  • Leverage the AWS GovCloud (US-West) Region for Infrastructure as a Service
This enables Infor to provide specific security compliance needs to our customers as the AWS maintains FedRAMP JAB (High), DoD IL4, ITAR, HIPAA, CJIS and other security compliance frameworks in this region.

Expense Management application deployed in IRIS environment does not include email and the SFTP services. These services must be provided by the customers and should be accessible over the internet.

Expense Management can be configured to send emails to employees to alert on various events such as including newly imported credit card transactions, documents to approve by managers and auditors, when expenses are paid. Email server must be accessible over SMTPS port 587. Employees can send in receipts using email. Application can be configured to retrieve mail from the customer’s email server using either POP3S or IMAPS. For POP3S, application uses port 995. For IMAPS, application uses port 993.

The Expense Management application also allows customers to upload backend data like employee list, projects, cost centers and download approved expense data using SFTP. Customer must provide access to their SFTP server over port 22.
