Reviewing exceptions

You can review the business rule exceptions generated for a document and perform appropriate action. Click Exceptions on the line items page.

  1. Select Accept, Reject, or Undecided for each exception.
  2. Click Approve or Reject to perform the appropriate action.
  3. Click Return for More Info to return the document for additional information or return the document to Inbox for redistribution.
  4. Click Close.

    You can also use this page to:

    • Review the data related to the line items, using the Expenses tab.
    • Attach files or documents to the expense, using the Attachments option.
    • Attach receipts to the expense, using the My Receipts option.
    • Add notes to the expense, using the Notes option.
    • Review the summary related to the expense, using the Summary option.
    • Review the disbursement related to the expense, using the Disbursement option.
    • Review history of the expense, using the History link.
    • Modify or review the data related to the document header, using the View/Edit Header link.
    • Print the details related to the expense, using the Print link.
    • Export the data related to the expense, using the Export option.
    • Add out of pocket expenses, using the Out of Pocket option.
    • Attach credit card transactions to the expense, using the My Credit Card option.
    • Display or hide all the itemizations, using the Show all Itemizations option.
    • Export the data related to the expense, using the Export option.
