Adding a proxy user to review documents

You can authorize a proxy user to review documents on your behalf. Click Reviewer Proxy on the profile page of the user.

  1. Select an Application.
  2. Specify the Proxy User ID or click the Find User option to find a user.
  3. Select the Only when out of office check box, if the proxy reviewer only reviews the documents in your absence. You can also specify a period for the proxy reviewer to review your documents.
  4. Select the check box corresponding to the appropriate document type(s) to enable the proxy user to review the documents.
  5. Click Add Proxy.
  6. Click Update to save the information.

    You can also use this page to search for a user, using the Find User option.
