Deactivating a user

You cannot delete a user but you can deactivate a user or modify the status of a user to Inactive. You cannot deactivate in these scenarios:

  • The user is the approver for another active user.
  • The users has active work items in the review queue.
  1. Select Manage > Users > User Information.
    Note: Click Clear any existing information before you add a user.
  2. Click Find to select a user to deactivate.
  3. Set the Status field to Inactive.
  4. Click Update to save the data.
